This is one of my favorite places in clt!!  Their shawarma is amazing paired with the hot sauce and garlic mayo!!! I come here literally all the time and I've never been disappointed!!

Pro-tip: get the double options of shawarma wraps! For like 2 more dollars and you get two pita wraps (slightly skinner than the $6 option) as well as fries! I'm normally only able to eat one of the wraps and some fries so I have a whole meal leftover for later

Saw all the great reviews and sounded really good for dinner one night. Ordered the kofta kebab plate but really wanted to try their baba ghanouj, but wanted the rice and veggies as well. The waitress was able to modify my order so I could have a side of baba ghanouj rather than a whole order.

Was given complimentary fried pita chips, and it was oily but good. Dipped it in the baba ghanouj as I liked it better than dipping it in the thin pita. It was okay, there was a flavor to it that I didn't like very much.

The kofta kebab and rice platter was HUGE, way too much food. The kebabs were cooked great, had pretty good flavor, and the rice was delicious too. The side of veggies were frozen veggies sauteed, as a couple of them were still ice cold.

Overall, pretty good, but have had better.

I went to Le Kebab Grill after tasting my daughter's food when she visited. I had the grilled chicken with rice pilaf and salad. It's made to order so I had to wait 15 minutes, but I didn't mind at all. I really enjoyed my food, although the chicken is a little spicy. Since spicy food upsets my stomach next time I'll see if they have a milder version of chicken. Although it was spicy it was really good. But the star was that rice pilaf!! So tasty. The salad was rather ordinary but it was good to have some freshness with the meal. My platter was a whopping $14 with tax!! I thought that was rather much until I realized I could eat from it for four days. That really made it worth every penny.
Overall, my food was good and the portion size was outrageous!! I'd go back in the future.

The best middle eastern restaurant in the Charlotte area hands down! Less than 10 minute walk from the McCullough station on the light rail if you want to do that option or plenty of parking in front. I came in on Thursday in the late afternoon and was greeted at the front door and asked if I was dining here or to go. My friendly waiter, Omar, brought me to my table with a menu and got my drinks order. There were maybe two other people at the restaurant which was more than I expected for 3:30 pm on a weekday. Omar quickly came back with my water and a basket of complimentary pita chips and sauce. My main of chicken shawarma with rice pilaf and salad came quickly afterwards in a dream of deliciousness. Everything was gloriously spiced and flavorful! The portion was HUGE!! I thought I was hungry but I could barely finish 1/2 of the platter. Definitely bring a friend to share or bring leftovers home (which is what I did). The check came with fruit candies which I loved and the meal was appropriately priced especially considering the huge portion. Will definitely be back to try out the other things on the menu!
